Our products are produced and packaged in Greece from carefully selected raw materials, based on their mildness, quality, naturality, and biodegradability. KOOLOOKI will always ask you for the minimum required personal data to receive our services. These include, as the case may be, name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, passport/ID details, a payment method which may include credit card details, address information for invoicing or shipping, as well as details regarding any provided service.
The collection of your personal data happens, almost as a rule, for the execution of a transaction between us in the capacity of you as a customer and/or as a supplier and/or as a visitor of our website.
KOOLOOKI keeps your personal data only for as long as required by the contractual terms of each service, in combination with the current financial, tax, and other legislation, based on the respective processing purpose and then anonymizes, or deletes them.
